I have a 3 year old 7200 that just stopped working. The only thing I get on the phones is the Ver number. In the past when I got that on the OS 616 and OS 100 it was a power supply problem. I have never had a power supply go out on any of the OS 7000's. Has anyone had this problem or should I be looking for a different problem?

I have had a couple of OS7200 psu's die.
Sounds like a media card issue, make sure no-one has bumped it out (had 1 of these recently)
What lights (if any) are on the MCP/MP20 card?

The MP20's Run and MC light when first turned on but then goes out, the only light that remains is the LCP and Lan light. As for the media card I remember reading a post about that so yes I had checked that also.

Try unplugging the LAN port and rebooting, I had 4 networked cabinets go down the last two days and they would not boot until it was unplugged. Currently there appears to be some sort of DOS attack going on and it has effected a lot of systems, especially if it is using a public IP address.

I think you have a dead media card (i've had quite a few of the sd cards stop working), can you try another one?

We had TWO 7200 power supplies, base and expansion, DIE that were three years old.
They would reboot and reboot then took much longer to reboot. Once both power supplies were replaced, there was NO rebooting.
You can buy the 7200 power supply by itself, no need to buy the whole cabinet, see earlier threads on this subject.
The power supplies are NOT made by Samsung.

Great! I'm getting told by Samsung that those part numbers are being delated. At the time I checked the person that may know what the replace is was not available. I like how they have no cross referance in their system that would keep them upto date. I looking at replacing the MP20 and the SD to see if that fixes the problem.
