Hello.

We have an Inter-Tel AXXESS with Inter-Tel DB Studio 6.006. We have existing users setup with four digit access codes that they use to dial long distance numbers.

How would I go about adding a new user for long distance access? I am barely familiar with the system and cannot seem to find how the groups are linked together. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

James

Issue resolved. The options are located in the class of service section under the station-keysets.
