I have a customer who lost their database. I was able to restore everything except off hoof preference on 2 extensions. They have 3 CO lines appearing on their phones. I can program off hook preference to a particular button. The problem is that if that button (line) is in use they get a busy. How do I program off hook so no matter what they receive a dial tone? Is this what I need? Thanks Gary
