Hi have a basic question but very important that I check first....
I have to default a svmi 4e voicemail card ( I know how to..) but my question is after I default the card is it going to affect any of the programming that was done on the phones & phone system itself??? I need to be careful as the tech who does phones themselves is not here with me do if I wipe out the programming I will be in a bind...any help would be much appreciated! Thank you (FYI at the site now trying to run diagnostics first so any urgent help would be great too!!!)

The phone system will still see the SVMI in the cabinet, should retain the ports in MMC207, If you need any help we are here but it should NOT change anything in the phone system itself.
