In sv8500 pbx configured with dual CPU,If one CPU is powered off , or becomes faulty for any reason, it is not possible to login to the pbx using PCPRO! Any answer for this question?

Like I said before it is time for a call to NTAC. I would suggest not flaming here with all the !!!. Guys here do a good job answering questions. A good 8500 tech is worth his weight in gold (& maybe a little more).

Actually you received a valid answer, call NTAC. If you are unable to do so, I suggest you are FAR above your head in this matter and need to call someone that knows what they are doing. No reason to be rude.

Guys...this IP checks out to the country of Jordan......I know how NEC America does business but who knows what they do for the international market. Didn't see the original post that caused the issue but maybe something was lost in the cultural translation.
