The Iwatsu/ICON forum is here to help end-users and other phone installers deal with their Iwatsu/ICON telephone systems.
Feel free to post your question with as much detail as possible, such as system type, key set type and software version if known.
To receive help more quickly, make sure your profile is completely filled out, so the respondents know who the information is going to- and end-user won't understand some technical things an installer might understand. The more that's filled out the quicker you'll get a reply along with less questions needing to be asked about who you are and your level of understanding.
Please do not post passwords or any other privileged information. A good rule of thumb is, if its not in a user or admin guide then don't post it here. Try to use the 'Send Private Message' option by clicking on the poster's name and using the drop-down menu, or post in the Installer category if you have access for more advanced programming steps.
