So I installed an old STS for a customer and got everything set up. Off-net call forward works great, but they called me on Friday night (ugh) and said that when the flashmail auto attendant transfers to the route which goes to the off-net forwarded phone, it just comes back to the AA greeting. Any info to square this one away would be appreciated.

Does the VM transfer to the ext at night and is the phone still off net forwarded to a speed dial number?

Some of the older digital voice mails don't like immediate off net forwarding, but you can work around it by no answer forwarding an extension to a second extension that is off net forwarded.
