I have an 8690 here that I would like to program. We have an IPRC card that is setup and I have other IP phones configured but this is a completely different beast. Where do I go to tell the 8690 where the IPRC card is located? All I can really find to configure is for Unified Communicator which we are having installed later this week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it's really not that different. Program an available IP ext. w/ the fone's MAC address and the fone should come up if it is on the same LAN as the IPRC. If you need to program the remote IPRC address, browse the fone on port 8080. Sounds like you've got the UC part figured out, the fone is pretty underwhelming w/o UC.

I know this is an old post, but I am having the same issue. When I browse the "fone" it asked for a username and password. Anyone know the defaults for these items?
