Hi,
I have a problem.
In a PBX OS7400, no call forwarding works. Do not know why, but I'm sure it's a configuration issue, but I fail to find the option. If anyone could guide me, would be helpful.

Thanks

What sort of forwarding ? Station forwarding (MMC102, 320) only works for calls direct to stations, either from another station or an external DDI - it has no effect for calls to station groups.

Thanks for the reply.

Let me explain the setup I want to accomplish.

The call must be as follows,

call 1 - ring station -
call 2 - ring as call waiting
call 3 - forward to other station.

All calls are in simultaneous.

anyone know if this is possible? or stopped trying?

Try 600 603 XXX where XXX is the station you want it to forward to.

600 clears any previous forwarding

603 is forward no answer after the standard time

XXX is the destination which could be a station or group such as voicemail

I don't know of a way to get the 3rd call to forward whilst having the 2nd call ring.

Make sure you have call wait set to yes for the stations DID number

Sorry, I didn't see that you wanted TWO calls to ring and have the 3rd call forward, so no that can't be done. Not on any Samsung so far, maybe if some hundred dealers said it was critical the programmers could make it happen but that is not likely.
