I've got an ongoing issue with a networked definity g3r, MCC on one end (offices) and 2 SCC's on the other (factory). 1 guy has 1 phone (8110) in the office side and 1 phone (8110) in the factory, the office phone is abrdg-call'd to the factory phone, neither phone has DT, if i try to delete the bridge it says "feature in use, try again later". I moved office phone to known working port and lose DT as soon as i hit enter to move it. i've pulled the cards and tried deleting the ext and bridge and get the feature in use message, i've tried everything i could think of except resetting the cabinets. although i've been given the idea of moving both exts. to the same cabinet and then deleting. and i thought maybe disconnecting the T1 connection

I'd rather not reset if I can get away with it, but I gotta do what I gotta do...

Have Fun
Rich

P.S. sorry if I started to ramble there, I do that sometimes...

I know this sounds basic...but did you try "busy sta xxxx" or "busy port" for that ext. it could be locked in software...but normally you can busy the station then change it...

i have busied out ports and cards, pulled cards, pulled cards and tried to delete, moved to different ports, beat my head against the programming terminal, swapped cards, threatened to smash the MCC with a sledge hammer, 'X' out the ports, and a few other things i'm not too proud of....

thanks for the advice though

Well, if you have done all of the above...exorcised the switch and it's still doing it...I know a guy that can probably fix it for you...I will shoot you a PM with his particulars if he can't fix it it can't be fixed.....
