Wondering if any one can help. Have a customer with CICS (6.1) CP 100. They are complaining of hearing clicking noises while on external conversations. Have not duplicated myself. Asked them to monitor lines, they tell me it`s happening on all lines.Any ideas what can cause this.

All you can do is try a different Line Card, then report the issue to the Telco.

If you are on site, disconnect one line from the system and make a call with a buttset or other telephone. If you hear the same clicking, it is a telco problem, if not, then you have a nortel problem.
