We have an Aspire Mail DMS handling our voicemail, and currently have message notification turned on for a few mailboxes so the system calls the person to notify them of their voicemail.
Recently this stopped working on a few of the mailboxes, but still works on one mailbox. I have checked and double checked all the settings, deleted the mailboxes and recreated them, but the issue is still happening.
I've done a realtime trace and it looks like the system never even attempts to dial out for the mailboxes that aren't even working, even though it is configured to do so.
Has anyone had this issue?
