I've added 2 IPrimo phones to users working from home. They are both compaining of slow dialing and clients complaining they are breaking up when talking. Any hints on what to look at? They both seemed fine when I tested them. Thanks!

IPrimos were notoriously slow dialers...the only thing that really bugged me about the set. The clipping is a QOS issue. What do they have for circuits? DSL or cable modem? Router? I'll bet they worked fine on the local LAN.

You're right RBF they did work fine on the Lan, Cable modem at the home office and cable at both homes.Netgear 3700 dual band routers.

Hopefully not basic cable...the 3700 has lots of info on setting up QOS. Check out some of the suggestions when you Google Netgear 3700 QOS.
