Installed less then a month-no audio. Ports say in service, dial hunt group or indiv and no audio. Defaulted with no change. Any ideas?

Check your license, do you have any ports remaining? Check vm license as well.

My guess is the 29 day temporary license expired. Or could be the channels are set to not answer. Can you access it from putty and from internet explorer.

You guys were right. Had the unit repaired at Aztec and didn't even think about the license. Looked for the A1 license but could not find any backups from this site. Any idea on who has the best price for license reload?

No backup, ouch. I take it that the hard drive failed. You might check with Aztec and see if there is a chance to recover the A1 file. If not, you would have to go through Telrad or maybe T3. Don't think you have to many options here. Maybe the moderators have a better idea? Its always a good idea to have a copy of all the A1 files - for all the systems that you work on for this very reason.
