Are you using IntraMail? If so...version, number of ports.. This happened to me awhile back...turned out to be a a camp-on problem with the Intramail card....drove me nuts....

Not trying to take over the post.....I have a DSX-40 that is doing the same thing. 3 34 button, 4 22 button, one offsite VOIP and it has intramail.
I have the system on a UPS. This happens with or without the UPS. Customer states that they do not hear the UPS alert like it has lost power. We have run cords to different outlets in the office.
I replaced the original 40 with a new one in the end of Sept. The old one is in my office acting fine. The new one is now showing the same trouble.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Kevin

I would try a different UPS. That sounds like it has reamined the same on both the old and new. It may have something internal happening causing the power to blink.

It rebooted with or without the UPS and on 2 different power circuits. I stopped out to the site yesterday and pulled the VOIP board to see if that is messing with the CPU.

When I put my DSX online with the default password, I found out that other people liked to come into my system from China. Check your router logs.

No reboots since I pulled the VOIP board. I will be calling this morning to see about getting it back to them for testing. All passwords were changed from defaults.

It has been suggested to me to use a router more suited for VoIP employing a session border controller like an Edgemarc brand product.
