I have a customer with an SX200 ICP and a mix of 5212's and 5224's. The main line comes into the system as a DID that is pointed to a soft extension. That extension appears on a few of the phones in the answer group. If they want to see the phone number of the caller, they have to press the "Name" soft key before answering the call. If they transfer the call to another extension, the "Name" soft key is not accessible on the "transferred to" extension.
Question 1 - can the "transferred to" extension have a soft key so that user can look at who the caller is?
Question 2 - If not, is there a way to only display the phone number instead of the name?

I think I know the answer to #2, in that the central office usually is the one that controls the caller ID information, or is there a way to manipulate this data within the Mitel?
