I have a customer who lost access to there TVS220 voice mail. I went onsite to troubleshoot and found the power light blinking. I power cycled the voice mail with no result. Has the 220 failed or is there anything I can do?

is the hard drive making noise, like something loose, or sounds like it tring to start, but keeps making the same clunking noise
is the light flashing steady or 3 flashes, stop then 3 flashes and so on

The light is blinking at a constant rate with no pattern. The customer said that it starting working again for a day and then went out once again. I can't hear any noise coming from the equipment.
