Need a little assistance here guys and girls. I have a client who is going to have a female on maternity leave. We have setup an IP phone at her house so that her work extension will still ring. However, they want her to be able to log in to her phone so they know she is actually working...I know you can do that with ACD..but can you do it with an single phone...and if so, how?

If you program a hotline key at a phone at the main site and you turn on DND at the IP phone doesn't the hotline key blink? It may give the indication you need.
