Just received a request from a new client that I have not received before...supposedly the old system would ring multiple phones if a held call was not retrieved before the hold recall timer expired. It is a doctor's office so the user that put the call on hold typically is not next to the phone to answer it if the recall timer does expire. The old system would ring back to several extensions. Is that possible on the TDA50? I don't know anyway to do it but that doesn't mean it isn't possible.

extension settings option 1, transfer recall destination, set it to a group.
works for transfered call, not 100% it will work for hold

Just tested it and it does not work. Works well for transfer recall but not hold recall.
