any one know were i can get the instructions for changing out the hard drive. had them awhile back. having a long wait for Vertical tech support. any help would be great

If the old one's not toast, you should be able to mirror it onto the new one and go. I've done it many times using utilities like Norton Ghost or Acronis True Image.

the old one is toast, have are replacement one, can not get the ports to set up right
