Got a KX-TDA50 hooked to a KX-TVS50 VPS and can't figure out how to log the calls that the VM picks up but no message is left. I have the option for 3-5-3 for "call log to ICD group" enabled. If a call is not picked up by VM it is logged to the incoming call group log. If a message is left then I get a light for the VM. If a caller gets the VM and no message left then no indication of the call in the logs. Any ideas?

if the call hits icd group and then goes to voice mail, it is not a missed call, but you can get the call log if you enable call log when overflow destination answers. but the light will not light

Just need a light to know that I got a call when there was no voicemail left on the ICD group.

I think it works better when using AA if xfer is unsupervised.

OBT is right. Since the call went to vm, the system sees it as answered. It will be logged but as an answered call, no light.
