Hello, After hours we put our system into night mode so if a customer calls, it will get picked up by the night greeting. The night greeting is configured to have a digit translation to dial an answering service in case of an emergency. To do the dial out, we are using a Phanton Extension which works however the user hears "transferring to extension 1001" then after that message, it plays the night greeting all over again then finaly dials to the answering service if the customer stays on that long. Is their any way to get rid of the "transferring to ..." message and also anyway for it not to play the greeting again? So pretty much just want the customer to press 3 and go straight to answering service. thank you

To get rid of the "transferring to ..." message, create an Extension ID for the phantom extension and turn off Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt. I'm unsure why it is playing the night greeting all over again but start with that and report back.
