I have a hotel customer that would like to be able to transfer incoming reservation calls to an offsite central reservation number. I think I activated trunk to trunk connections in all the correct places, but when testing I can make a three party call by dialing a speed dial code to the outside number and when I release the call from the console, the call immediately rings back. It will work from an internal station, but not from an incoming trunk call. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

I believe you will have to set up a dummy Ext that is always C/F to a speed dial bin that calls the off-site reservation service. Then Xfer call to that ext.
