Hello,
For some reason I have a 8.200 system that when I connect it to the network I am unable to make the necessary programming changes to see it.
When I click on IP Ports there is nothing there. Same with IP Connections.
Any idea why? I have configured a few of these before without any issues.
Thanks, Troy

Some more info on this:
When I go into Cabinets and to the CPC, 8.1 thru 8.4 are set to none where 8.5 and 8.6 are <unknown 0>
I believe this is where the problem is? I am unable to edit any of these.

Troy, To configure the IP port go to System/Devices and Feature Codes/IP Ports. Double click on the port and it will warn you to talk to yourself. Then you can configure the port as needed and it will take effect with a reboot. Good luck.

thanks for your response. That's the thing. When I do go to IP Ports, there are no Ports. It's empty! I am not sure why. It's like either the card is not working correctly or I am missing a step in the programming somewhere.
I initially thought I was missing a piece of hardware or software?
