Hello,
We are having an issue with our Panasonic TA624 phone system. We have 4 COs, one of the numbers (CO4 lets call it) answers after two rings and goes to the voicemail. I am nearly 100% sure this line was handling the calls the same as lines 1-3 in the past. What would I have to change in the programming to set it the same way as CO1, CO2 and CO3. Would this be called incomplete call handling? Any guidance appreciated.
