Can’t get Office Serv Manager working on Windows 8 has anyone successfully accomplished this? Work‘s fine one Windows 7. Thanks

The evil empire has stated that windoz is mainly for touch screens so unless you have a brand new computer with a touch screen I'm not sure why you would have upgraded but I doubt that Samsung would have changed everything without making an announcement that all was compatible, they usually crow about things like that.
Your RSM, (regional sales manager) would be the most likely contact to know for sure but I would guess that a lot has changed from 7 to 8 and you have experienced that.

If there is such a thing as compatibility mode for applications in windows 8 (there was in vista, and 7, can't remember about xp) try using that.
If it doesn't work it will never work, as samsung aren't likely to update a legacy product to work on newer versions of windows (they won't even make OS Link (current product) running as a service interract with the desktop on windows vista and higher like it does on windows xp and 2000)
