Having a little glich with a ring group. I have 8 locals in a ring group for incoming lines 14 and 15. When some one calls in all 8 of the sets in the ring group ring. After 15 seconds we have it going to local 2030 and it rings this set but does not go to her voicemail all the time. It is a hit or miss on when it works. The equipment is a 2 cabinet SV8100 with 16 co lines and 64 digital sets. We are using a 4 port InMail for the voice mail.
I know it is a small issue on the programming that I have over looked or missed.

Thanks Ken

Another way to make this work (if you are sure 4 port AA is enough) is with virtual extensions and using DIL instead of ring groups. OR another way if you are using ring groups make the virtual extension the ring group member and adjust the appearances for delayed ringing and CF/NA to VM pilot.

I would be ABSOLUTELY certain that you aren't running out of ports on that voice mail and make sure every port is answering and correctly setup in the dept group.

Coral Tech is right about your voice mail ports, 4 is not enough, they need the 8 port.

Send to a Virtual have the button ring immediate on first 8 then ring delayed on second group/extension. Set up the timer class to accomodate the ring count and delay time.
Bonus: you now can either set up a MB/AutoAttendant for this by a) setting up trunk ->Aswer schedule table, or b) better used with afore mentioned application a simple mailbox orgroup mailbox.
