I'm experiencing the same problem getting to the vm offsite with the newest DM. Port forwards to the MP card work fine. I didn't see anything in the Product bulletin 244 that mentions this issue was specifically addressed.I need to check my system while onsite, but I think it is already on V6.01 from the factory.

Verified I was on the newest SVMI-20i software. All other port forwards are working (DM tool to MP, remote IP Phones) Any update on anyone successfully being able to connect to 20i remotely with DM?

I did not ask their IT guy to forward 6002. Can anyone confirm that this is what it took to make DM work? I've seen 6002 referenced in a Bulletin from Samsung.
