Hello,
I have a serious problem, I have a PBX with a OS7400 TEPRIa connected to an E1. I have sync but I can not make or receive calls, did a routing from the public PBX when receiving a call and when my PBX receiving the first digit, does not respond, and after a while it sends a signal "busy". From central to 6.2.1. I can see how the channel changes status to BUSY for a while and then returns to IDLE.
I also tried connecting a PRM OS7070 with the same E1, and no problems with calls.
The MP40 is version 4.53c and LP40 is v1.23.
Please I need help with this quickly.

Have you looked at all the PRI programs in the 7070 and compared them with the same programs in the 7400 (they will be listed in the programming manual) and see if any settings are not identical.
Somewhere there has to be a programming hiccup if the card will work in the 7070 and not the 7400. We don't have the 7070 here so it is a bit harder to guess what might be wrong.

Hi, Thanks for the reply.
I've done what you say, but I find no apparent differences, even compared with other OS7400 and the same. The only difference I see with the other 7400 is the LP40 card version is 1.23 and in the works is 1.27. But I can not remotely update, anyone have any guide to update it, please send it to me.

I solved this, with upgrade LP40 to 1.27.
