Our organization has 8 locations running Axxess 8.224 software.
I have heard rumors that 8.224 has some instability issues which can lead to degradation of the voicemail system (i.e. losing voicemails or entire mailboxes, CRAs disappearing, applications or recordings not working, etc.)
Can anyone tell me if there is any truth to this? I have lost 2 EVMCs in the last 6 months and if this is an issue I need to get it taken care of.

What are you running for Voice Mail units? EVMC (Linux) had a software release to 8.226 (if I remember correctly) that has cleared up any problems our customers have had with lost greeting, mailboxes, etc.

We are running EVMC in all but our primary location where we are running a Win NT Voicemail server.
I have been told that there is a solution in the InterTel Knowledgebase pertaining to this issue I believe it was #2632. Is there any way for me to get my hands on the content of this solution?
I am certified on Axxess 9.0, but as an end user, am unable to access the knowledgebase.

This is a known issue for Linux EVMC's. The fix for this has been a few weeks after the linux evmcs came out.
Make sure they are atleast V8.228. Also 8.232 is out for the Axxess and NT/2k VM's.
