Hi
I have a site with an IES32 voicemail on a CIX670 and they have their main no going to voicemail with about 6 options. Each option rings a multiple call gp and then goes to its associated vmail box. They want 3 extns to have a message waiting led for unanswered calls on the multiple call gp. I can only seem to get it working when I have 2 phantom MW keys set to be notified. As soon as I add the 3rd phantom , it notifies ok on the 3 extns ph mssg waiting keys , but when you listen to the message it is not clearing the other leds after listeing to the message. When testing could see it notifying when messgage was left but after listening to the message on one of the phones the system isnt notifying the clear mwi on the other phones. If I then del everything and set for just 2 phones with mwi key it works ok. Hope this is making half sense and just hoping it rings a bell with someone. Thanks

It should not have trouble with three extensions. I have had more then 3 setup before.
I hate to sound like MR Obvious, but you scrolled to make sure you had 6 temples, 3 on and 3 off, that were all enbled?
Might have to check the logs or a trace to see if the system is sending the correct signalling to turn off the LEDs. Since you can light the MWI for a message, I would assume that the PBX programing is good.

Cheers for the reply. Yes have checked the templates and have 6 entries for led on /off. At least I know there shouldnt be a problem with 3 phantoms being notified. Like you say will need to get a trace running and see whats happening.

On the IES32 if you put an ext # in the variable box it will notify that ext as well for on and off.
