I have an IVX S-Class system that is having a lot of problems with their voice mail files.
One user saves her voice mails and then they are not among the saved voice mails. Others will log in to their voice mail and end up in someone else's voice mailbox.
Any ideas?

Could be an issue with the storage being full ..... empty out recordings, recycle bins etc.
Or it could be the hard drive approaching the end.
