So I have disabled DHCP via Element manager and now occasionally have PC's getting DHCP info from BCM50. I have a static ip assigned to a few devices on my network but the majority of devices are dynamic. Is this a known issue with this phone system or am I alone?

You aren't plugged into the first (OAM) LAN port are you? I don't think you can turn DHCP off on that one.
