I am so confused on this one so any help would be greatly appreciated.
There is one VM box that when you dial from outside the office in and try and leave a msg on this specific mail box, instead of getting her personal greeting you get the general vm greeting.
This does not happen if someone dials her ext and hits vm from inside the office they get the correct vm greeting.
Any IDEA's??
Thanks!

I would look at the forwarding path or paths assigned to this station first. You will need the programming software.

Have you checked the flags on the station? It could be set one way for ICM calls and another for calls from outside.

Thanks for the replies. Cripes!, I totally missed the obvious. She has a mb setup but the forwarding path was not there.
I'm all set. Thx Again!
