A Toshiba dealer could load that software on your computer and train you how to program. It is not an intuitive process.
The ACTUA is the oldest processor in the CIX 100 line but if it fits your needs you won't have to upgrade it.

Thankyou for the Help. Neil Only trained Toshiba technicians have access to the installation/programming software. I suggest you get a local tech to come out and install the eManager software and train you on what you can be allowed to do within it.

A lot of us would be glad to help you with an individual problem, but you can't just throw the software into a pc and it is off you go. NO ONE is going to give you their password to access the Toshiba dealer site and if I remember right, it is something like 25 megs, way too much to email.
As much as you may desire to save money and "Do It Yourself" this is one occasion where it pays you to shop the dealers and maybe find the lowest priced Toshiba tech, but they are going to need access to Toshiba FYI or have the software from way back and THEN train you.
You need a crossover cable unless you are using a switch to link the processor and the voicemail then you need a straight through, all stuff you need someone to TEACH you even if you are an IT guru.

The biggest problem is getting the eManager software for your pc from a nice person here. You would have to load the software on a pc and connect both your pc and your phone system up to an ethernet network. The software is not that use friendly, but with a bit of persistance, you could probably figure things out. The harder method is programming the phone system via the phone. In that case, you will need a manual.
