It has happened on two different PBX, have called in unusual hours. They have a duration of 1 second, and many. Also in the SMDR printout, made by a SLT listed that is not connected to a telephone.
Has anyone had similar problems? Anyone know anything about this?
Thanks

The best things to do on these systems are:
1. set ALL voice mail ports for inbound only if you don't have any type of message notification going on. If you do have notifications or transfers programmed, toll restrict the voice mail ports.
2. Make sure EVERYONE changes their mail box passwords from the default setting.
3. Change the password on mailbox/extension 500 and any other group mailbox/extension you have in use.
We had a customer that had similar things going on. Making the above changes nipped things in the bud, especially limiting voice mail ports to inbound only.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Also, change the admin password from null null null null, if you get my drift.
Take off the # for subscriber access if no one uses it. Set up voicemail to email instead.
Delete all unassigned extensions and mailboxes in the VM block table.
We had one where the caller coming from Skype in California accessed admin mode and made an extension, something like 888 or 800, and routed that to an off-shore number.
We eliminated remote user access (#) and deleted all mailboxes and made ports restricted from outbound (no one uses remote notification much anyway) and that more than cleared it.
You can look at your VM logs and actually see them call in and do it. It's interesting.

Thanks for response!
All this has already been verified, and it is not licensed VM (PBX OS7070). Also verify that everything is configured perfectly find.
Only had set function (#), but all ports restricted from outbound. Also you think it is due to this?
Thanks.
