Hello
I have a new question.
I have setup several employees with the NEC softphone, however when they're softphone is not online if you call them you simply get the busy signal. Can this system enable at least that it gets send to VM right away?

For anyone reading this, I had a bad configuration in call forwarding fixed settings.
I ended up setting up call forward immediate as a function for the user in order to use his cell phone when not online with softphone.
