I have an Inter-Tel Axxess customer with a problem that I can't duplicate (isn't that always the case ??). They say that often there will be a clicking sound during the first few seconds on an inbound call. Only they can hear it and not the calling party. They say this can be heard at any of the several extensions that answer inbound calls so I think it rules out any one particular extension (bad handset cord or handset). The call comes in thru a channel bank and then to the LSC in the system. I have pulled and reseated the LSC just today so I can't say if that had any impact on the issues. Any recommendations would be welcome!!

If it comes to a LSC you will be able to put your test set across the line. You will then know if the clicking occurs before the LSC or is introduced inside the PBX.
