Not sure whether this will work for anyone but is worth a try. This forum has helped me tremendously in the last few years and wanted to share with the group.

Follow the simple steps;

1. Click on Start and type CMD (get you to command prompt)
2. type SET and press ENTER key
3. Look for the variable name "USERDOMAIN"
4. If it exsits; type set USERDOMAIN="" and press ENTER

THis is the variable the eManager is looking for and if it is blank, the installer believes that the PC is not in a domain.

5. Change the directory to where you have the install files
6. Right click on the 'setup.exe' file
7. Choose Run-As Administrator or another user with priv
