We added a new extention to our system. I have the VM button programmed and the name and greeting set. However, when you dial this extention it never goes to VM it just keeps ringing. What have I not set up correctly??

If your system administrator failed to program the station to automatically forward to voice mail, you can always use station call forwarding. But then it would show forward to VM in the display. If you don't have a user guide, just dial 640-7-440 and the phone will forward all unanswered calls once the associated timer expires.
