I have a customer with a CTX-28 with 3 phones and 3 pots lines. I am trying to make the lines ring longer before the VM picks up on delay. I have been in the system with emanager and have changed every timer I can think of but I am not getting anywhere. Any ideas?

Look at delay 1 timer under stations / multiple call group
