Had a customer call a few weeks ago saying that they were unable to access their SVMI Administrator to change their seasonal message. Traveled to the site, (password) and I'm in. Showed the customer, they connected and changed their message. Now they want to change the message again and cannot access the Administrator. I have tried remotely several times and I am unable to access it either. We power cycled the phone system to no avail. Anybody have any suggestions?
