Just came accross this problem. Call SBX and dial extension number that happens to be on the phone(any ext. tried 5 or 6)get recording "extension busy" and reroutes to main greeting - LOOP
Have CF enabled STA ATTR I and STA ATTR III VMBI on & Auto FWD VMIB on & DND FWD to VMIB on
Don't know what else to look for.

Did you program "DID Call Waiting"? I think that is what you need...

Yep that is it. I know called something strange since you need to set it even when using just POTS lines

Thanks. Is there a way to have it drop into the mailbox right away instead of ringing the set 3 or 4 times?
