have a new 7400 equipt as below
01 tepri card
02 16 dli
03 mp40
04 16 dli
05 16 dli
06 combo8
97 combo8
08 svim20e
09combo8
everything works except 09 all i get is version
software is v4.60
have i to many extns or could someone throw a light on it tried svim in slot 09 does work do you think it might be chassis

Why 3 combo cards and not 1 combo, 1 x 16dli and 1 x 16sli?
I have never put more then 1 combo into a 7400, and 2 into a 7200, but i don't see a reason why it wouldn't work.
you said a svmi worked in 09, did you put the combo in 08?
Does the system show that its a combo card in the slot?

hi nameless its what i been told to put in like you would use 16sli it does show combo in slot think i found problem the software on lp40 to low down loading new now will soon find out

Nameless the card works in other slots moved around svmi with it combo works in that slot but voicemail dont work in slots 9 10 or 11
