I have a small ACD queue, no call center. They have a voice mail box and would like the message light to light up when a new message is received.
They do not notice the xmwk key flashing, they only look for the red light.
Any ideas on how to light it if the message is coming in on a xmwk key?

The only way that will come on is if the primary line is on key 0, since you have a ACD phone xmwk is the only choice

I believe CLS LMPX will do what you want if you already have the XMWK keys programmed on the ACD sets.
