At one of my sites I have an IPO running 3.2(69) and Voicemail Pro Client 3.2(39) the PC is XP Pro. Very occasionally (an hour or three every other month this will happen to 15% of the calls) an incoming call will hit the AA and the message will start playing about 4 words and then ringing is heard and the call is transferred to the first choice without any input from the caller. I finally was able to verify this after several months. Any thoughts on where to start the diagnosis? Thanks, Terry

Re-record that automated attendant greeting. This is an age-old trouble with many different systems. Some female voices sound too much like a touch-tone and the system reacts as if it heard a digit.

Thanks!! I never would have thought of that. Now, will you come up here and tell the receptionist she sounds like a touch tone? ;~)
