Is there a way to make a busy telephone already on a call ring when another call rings in? I have a 816 ver 3 with 7230 telephones. The customer does not want a bell or any other device connected to a single line port or the XDP port. They want the telephone itself to ring. Any help would be greatly accepted. Thanks!

You can activate the call waiting feature on the phone. This is not the traditional call waiting tone that you may be thinking. It is Panasonic's version of ringing the phone when off-hook.
