I have a CIX100 system. Sometimes I initiate conference calls using one Toshiba phone and two POTS analog phone lines. I can hear both people fine, but the other two have trouble hearing each other. My understanding is that the settings under PAD for decibals can help. Is this correct? Which settings do I change to what values?

Thanks,
John

WHen you open the PAD table, you would look for Sender: Analog trunk and reciever: analog trunk. Lower value is higher volume.
