Is 4.60B the latest 7030 firmware?
Is the 4.60B MP10A firmware from a 7100 the same for the 7030? Is all MP10A software the same? Therefore can I just use it?

Oh no! You'll blow your 7030.
I did that once by mistake by loading in MP10a software (7100 software into a 7030 when I wasn't paying attention) and the whole system goes immediately dead.
Since there's no removable SD card on a 7030, there's no way out of THAT mistake and you'll end up having to mail your 7030 to repair and waiting a month to get it back.
4.60b is the latest for the 7030.

Yes, the MP10a means it's the processor card for a 7100, MP40 is the processor card of a 7400 etc.
You should be able to get it from the GSBN or I could email it to you.

There are ways to recover a OS7030 that isn't booting.
I've done the opposite, put OS7030 files onto a MP10 MMC card. Took me a while to figure out why the system wasn't booting.
