I would make some test calls while the LEC traps digits and see what exactly the Magix is sending out.

Don't know if they can do that with a IA circuit but it's my best shot at finding out what is going on. Getting a tester on the line is very time consumming, at least with CenturyLink.

re-reading, a person might suggest that this is not a transfer or outdialing problem, as much as it perhaps is a problem with the lec delivering the did call you dialed to that pbx. perhaps the extension number is not within their did range or the lec has a problem with that particular number. if you discontinue call forwarding on that station, can you did to the station?

Everything else with the system is fine, DID calling, internal transfer. It might be that some digits are not going out with the forwarded call. I even put in a pause after the 9, nothing changed.

they are part of a T1. The T1 goes thru a CSU/DSU and pulls off 10 channels that go into the Magix as a PRI with 10 channels. The rest of the T1 is used for data, the LEC calls it a intergrated access line.
